PRESERVATION FLUID FOR CELLS AND TISSUES

摘要

A preservation fluid for cells and tissues, containing a polyphenol as the active ingredient. The fluid may further contain trehalose. The preferable osmotic pressure range is 270 to 450 Osm/l and the preferable pH range is 7 to 8. The preservation fluid is superior to those of the prior art in protective action and can maintain the structures and functions of cells and tissues for a prolonged period.
