PURPOSE: An on-line certification method and a system therefor are provided to certificate a user and to pay for the price without transmitting personal important information and to prevent a hacking risk of the personal information by using the on-line certification method and system therefor. CONSTITUTION: An on-line certification system includes a service server(200) and a certification server(300). A user terminal(100) is connected to the service server(200) and the certification server(300) through a network. The service server(200) comprises a web page providing module(210), a web page database(220), a certification code detecting module(230), and a transmission module(240). The web page database(220) stores a web page, which is an interface that a user receives service. The web page providing module(210), when the user terminal requests the web page offer, and provides the web page stored in the web page database(220) to the user terminal. The certification code detecting module(230) finds out a certification code from data transmitted from the user terminal(100). The transmission module(240) controls all sorts of data transmission of the service sever(200). The certification server(300) includes a certification code issue module(310), a certification code management module(320), a certification code database(330), a user information management module(340), a user information database(350), and a transmission module(360).
