PURPOSE: A service method of the press medium using the Internet is provided to offer various and convenient services to a subscriber by allowing the subscriber to make a subscription request, a request for discontinuing the subscription, a report about non-delivery, and a notification of a move through the Internet without using a wire communication such as a telephone. CONSTITUTION: A site operator accepts a subscription, a termination, an address change application of a press medium, notifies them to each press company, and provides all kinds of additional services. A subscriber sends a subscription to the press medium through the Internet and pays the subscription fee to the corresponding press company. The press company receives the subscription, the termination, and the address change application of the subscriber from the site operator, transfers them to a corresponding branch office, and pays the fee to the site operator. The corresponding branch office provides the press medium and receives monthly the subscription fee. When a request for discontinuing the subscription of the subscriber is failed to fulfill, a consumer protection institution orders the corresponding press company to put right.
