SUBSTANCE: device has surface pump whose suction and delivery pipelines communicate with jet pump installed in hole; suction line of jet pump communicates with water intake; suction and delivery pipelines of surface pump communicate with diffuser outlet and inlet of jet pump working nozzle, respectively; jet pump and mentioned suction pipeline are mounted inside mentioned delivery pipeline; suction line of jet pump is brought out through staffing arrangement of wall in delivery pipeline.
