<p>A dark-blue pigment ink composition for water-based ball pens which comprises a colorant, water, and a dispersant, wherein the colorant comprises cobalt phthalocyanine blue and the ink has a pH of 7 to 10; and a water-based ball pen containing the ink composition. Preferably, the cobalt phthalocyanine blue has a particle diameter of 500 nm or larger and the content thereof is 0.05 to 30 wt.% based on the whole ink.</p> |
