PURPOSE: A process of preparing the titled food is provided by using a pomegranate extract and a pyroligneous acid solution containing a variety of minerals as a main material. Whereby, the food is convenient to eat and carry and useful as health-supplementary food. CONSTITUTION: The health-supplementary food comprises 3 to 5% by weight of a pyroligneous acid solution and 78 to 90% by weight of an extract of pomegranate. For an example, a pyroligneous acid solution is heated at 50 to 60deg.C and mixed with powder(1.3% by weight of calcium lactate, 1.3% by weight of casein phosphopeptide) and cooled, followed by agitating. The mixture is mixed with 1.4% by weight of vitamin C, 3.0% by weight of a pyroligneous acid solution, 90% by weight of a pomegranate extract, and 5.0% by weight of oligosaccharide. |
