Said tube walls are mutually joined by means of tubes for heat-transfer agent passing through openings in horizontal partitions dividing inner cavity of housing by rising steps made of porous material with pores in the form of vertical cone capillaries with top faces of truncated cone turned upwards and vapor chambers.
