Z AXIS MOVEMENT STAGE OF SAMPLE MEASURING INSTRUMENT

PURPOSE: A z-axis movement stage of a sample measuring instrument is provided, thereby minutely controlling the stage and maintaining the position of the stage when the position of the stage is determined. CONSTITUTION: The z-axis movement stage of a sample measuring instrument consists of a tubular type body(10) having open top and bottom; a sample placing plate(20) containing multiple vertical guide patches in its lower part to move the body up and down,; a horizontal movement body(30) containing a leveling groove(32) in its side and connecting to a control patch(14) established at the inner part of the body so as to horizontally rotate the body to shuttle the body horizontally; and a rising and falling body(40), in which its lower part is linked to a leveling groove of the horizontal movement body and its upper part is linked to the sample placing plate, therefore it is capable of rising and falling along the incline when the horizontal movement body is moved by the control patch.
