During training, ovarian-menstrual cycle phases and balanced food are also taken into account. Balanced ration includes carbohydrate-mineral beverage used in an amount of 180 ml. Beverage is sonicated at two sonic frequencies: F minimum 440 Hz and F maximum 2,735 Hz, for 30-40 min. Beverage is used 15-30 min after training under relaxation mode.
