The invention relates to the food industry, in particular to the production of paste. The inventive method for producing paste consists in kneading, shaping hollow items, processing said items and introducing a filling product therein. The filling of the product is carried out simultaneously with the shaping of the hollow goods. The filling product is arranged inside the hollow space of the hollow items and can be embodied in the form of a meat, fish, mushroom or vegetable stuffing, sour-milk products, gelled sauces, dressing and/or mixtures thereof. Afterwards, one or both ends of the hollow item is either sealed or left open. The final product is dried, frozen or otherwise subjected to culinary treatment. |
