PURPOSE: Provided is a health food which contains an aloe including relieving components, a mugwort including inorganics, a tangleweed including alginic acid and job's tear facilitating blood circulation and metabolism. Therefore, it has a relieving effect on constipation. CONSTITUTION: The health food is manufactured by the steps of: mixing of aloe powders which are dried in the shade, then pulverized, mugwort and tangleweed powders which are dipped into boiling water for an instant, dried in the shade and pulverized and job's tear powders in a certain mixing ratio, and formulating the mixture into a certain shape by using glue made of wheat flour. |
