摘要 The invention concerns an optoelectronic device for in vivo cutaneous tomobiopsy designed to acquire, display and record instantaneous images of planes of cut (x, z) of the skin and its microstructures both cellular and non-cellular, at the level of the epidermis, the dermis and the hypoderm, as well as cutaneous appendages, skin structures, semi-mucosa and mucosa accessible to non-invasive examination. The inventive device is characterised in that it essentially comprises an illuminating path for illuminating the examined region according to a tomographic plane and consisting of a source unit (20) of a galvanometric mirror (32) and a projection lens (25); an observation path for collecting the flux backscattered by the internal details (refractive index variations) of the object located in a plane of optical tomobiopsy illuminated by the illuminating path and formed by the same lens (25), the same mirror (32) a beamsplitter (24) and a collimator (27); an angular chromatic dispersion subassembly (29) of the imaging spectrograph type; a two-dimensional matrix photoelectric sensor (30) placed in the imaging spectrograph image plane; electronic means for controlling (38) the mirror (32) and electronic and computer means (39) for recording, processing and displaying the acquired instantaneous images.
