PURPOSE: An acoustic teaching tool for use of study and a conversational study method using the same are provided to help children to get more interested in their studying, and to improve quality and reliability of a product thereof. CONSTITUTION: The acoustic teaching tool for helping children with their study is constituted with a recognition mark that generates a relevant sound or sound effect, including a plurality of codes at regular intervals on the inside of the semicircle and position adjuster at the both sides; PCB board and a housing with buttons between a cover and a main body; and a voice producer mounted on a read only memory(ROM) pack, a power button, buttons for reading, automatic operation, and game mode, a speaker, a volume lever, and a plurality of level meter light-emitting diodes.
