PURPOSE: An apparatus for reducing the pain of a knee is provided to distribute a concentrated loading applied to the joint of the knee into a plane loading by generating a hydraulic pressure from the loading of the human body. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for reducing the pain of a knee by using a hydraulic pressure during walking comprises an elastic mini hydraulic pump(7) for generating the high hydraulic pressure by the heel part of a foot in walking, a hydraulic pressure hose(5) for transferring the generated high hydraulic pressure, a hydraulic pressure expansion bag(4) to be horizontally expanded by the transferred high hydraulic pressure, and an auxiliary device(1) to be used by a user with being attached with the hydraulic pressure expansion part.
