CONCRETE POLE AND AUXILIARY PROTECTIVE DEVICE REINFORCED WITH STEEL PIPE RESISTABLE AGAINST CAR CRASH

PURPOSE: A concrete pole and an auxiliary protective device reinforced with a steel pipe resistible against a car crash are provided to protect an electric pole from a car load due to a car crash and prevent a power failure. CONSTITUTION: Two rollers are installed and a wire is inserted between the rollers, whereby a tensile force of the wire generated by a displacement of an electric pole is slidably received in a roller part. When a tensile force applied to the wire is increased to a predetermined level because the electric pole is inclined due to a car crash, a connection rod is inserted between an insulator and the wire, such that the length of the wire is extended and break of the wire is prevented. A cylindrical steel plate is installed on a portion where a car crash is expected to occur in order to increase strength of the electric pole and make the electric pole possible to resist an external impact.
