PURPOSE: An intelligent leather sorting apparatus is provided to improve products in quality by grading leather products with an artificial intelligence vision system, and to improve productivity and working efficiency by reducing sorting time. CONSTITUTION: An intelligent leather sorting device is composed of a transfer unit(3) transporting products; a camera(10) photographing the transferred products; an illuminator(9) irradiating rays to photograph; a high frequency inverter(7) supplying power to the illuminator; a shade(8) shielding the light from the illuminator; an image processing module(6) processing image from the camera; a control system(1) grading the quality of leather by receiving the image processing output; and a display unit(4) displaying output from the control system. The quality of leather is standardized, and improved with sorting leather products accurately. Working hours are reduced, and productivity is increased with processing automatically.
