PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing an employee stock ownership and a recording medium for storing program thereof are provided to reduce the time required to perform an employee stock ownership association work by realizing a work related to the employee stock ownership through on-line. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of employee stock ownership association server operators connect to an employee stock ownership management server(40), a securities depositary server(20), or a securities finance server(30) and performs a work related to an employee stock ownership. The securities depositary server(20) links to the securities finance server(30), receives a securities deposit from an investor, in case that a trade is achieved, processes a settlement work due to the trade. The securities finance server(30) realizes the securities finance work through on-line. The employee stock ownership management server(40) has an employee stock ownership management program that the employee stock ownership association operator connects to the securities depositary server(20) and the securities finance server(30) through on-line and performs the work managing the employee stock ownership. The employee stock ownership association server(50) connects to the employee stock ownership management server(40) and installs the employee stock ownership management program downloaded from the employee stock ownership management server(40), performs the employee stock ownership work by using the employee stock ownership management program, provides or receives information to/from an association member, the employee stock ownership management server(40), the securities depositary server(20), and the securities finance server(30) through on-line.
