geophysics, search for oil and gas fields. SUBSTANCE: samples are taken in agreement with certain network of profiles. Concentration of heavy metals ( Co ) is found in them. Then geochemical processes are activated in examined medium by exposure to direct current with intensity of 100- 120 mA in the course of 30-40 min. After it concentration of heavy metals ( Co ) is determined in samples taken in zones near to electrodes. Growth of relative parameter (ΔU), determined as ΔU = CT/CO, is used to evaluate oil- and gas-bearing capacity of examined object. EFFECT: raised efficiency and accuracy of prediction of oil- and gas-bearing capacity of object. 2 dwg
