The steel concrete sleeper is for a current rail track and has a current rail connected to one head end via a locator for support with four fixture points for retention of the current rail. The locator (3) is formed by a steel plate (8), which is connected to the sleeper by anchoring bolts located in the sleeper middle plane. The locator has four tapped holes for screwing on a foot plate (6) of the support unit (5). The steel plate is fixed by screws engaging in dowels in the sleeper body. From beneath, head bolts (9,9') embedded in the sleeper concrete are welded to the steel plate. The head bolts are hexagonal and can alternatively be screwed into tapped holes (10) of the steel plate.
