An information recorded medium for simplifying the procedure for making a reservation, inspecting a ticket at the entrance or exit, or for simplifying a settlement by enabling common use of services and a system using the same are disclosed. On the information recorded medium is stored at least settlement information, identification information on the information recorded medium, reservation information representing a rule that a specific resource is previously occupied for a predetermined time, and use information relating to a service to be settled. By the use system, services including reservation by use of the reservation information can be commonly and plurally received.
