<p>A plastic container (10) including a portion of a sidewall (16) having an interior surface (36) with an interior crystallinity, and an exterior surface (37) with an exterior crystallinity. The interior crystallinity is greater than the exterior crystallinity. The higher crystallinity on the interior surface (36) provides increased resistance to flavor scalping along the surface contacting the commodity, thereby minimizing flavor scalping of the commodities inside the plastic container (10).</p> |
