The system has renewable energy components and uses solar/ambient heat energy recovery in a decentralized arrangement with absorber/heat exchanger-turbine-low temperature cooling systems and cold-stuff generators with technical added heat capability (with central control via data lines) as a control function via permanently renewable energy medium in the form of hydrogen in reaction or combustion. Independent claims are also included for the following: a decentralized domestic system.
