PURPOSE: A mat/paper-covered floor control system provided with a low frequency therapy system is provided to maximize convenience by using a low frequency therapy system having low frequency remedial value. CONSTITUTION: A mat/paper-covered floor control system provided with a low frequency therapy system comprises a body(10) having a controller and a low frequency therapy system in one, a power supply unit(11) for getting power sources from the outside, a main outlet(1) of the body(10), a power indicating lamp(2) for checking if the power is on or off when switching on the outlet, a temperature control unit(15) controlling the temperature of a mat/paper-covered floor, an outlet(3) of a low frequency therapy system, a power indicating lamp(4) of a low frequency therapy system, an operation switch(5) of a low frequency therapy system, a low frequency operating terminal(500) contacting low frequency generated from a low frequency oscillation control unit(7) to a surgical patient for an operation, a low frequency connecting terminal(30) connecting the low frequency operating terminal(500) with the body(10), a time control unit(19) for setting the used hours of a low-frequency instrument or the used hours of the mat/paper-covered floor controller, and a time indicating unit(12) indicating the fixed time.
