PURPOSE: A real-time interactive voice bulletin board is provided to improve the efficiency of the bulletin board by offering an inquiry and an answer for a bulletin between a register and a reader. CONSTITUTION: A real-time dialogue-type bulletin board is divided into a notice registration portion and a notice reading portion and is comprised of a real-time dialogue-type bulletin board server(2), a database(1), a register's IP(Internet Protocol) address database(3), a personal computer system(4) of the register, a dialogue program(5), a personal computer system(6) of a user, and a dialogue program(7). The database(1) stores data for the bulletin registered in a corresponding bulletin board. The register's IP address database(3) stores a network address of a personal computer that the bulletin register uses. The personal computer system(4) of the register registers the bulletin on the bulletin board. The personal computer system(6) of a user reads the real-time dialogue-type notice board. The dialogue program(7) requests and performs the real-time dialogue in the computer of the personal computer system(6) of a user.
