The inside of the tightening strap has clamps (5) cooperating with flange-type attachments on the cylindrical or conical components. At least one tension strap (1,2) leads round bolts (3,4) positioned at right angles to the direction in which the tightening strap is puled. Two bolts are joined detachably by means of a tensioning element (15) each of which consists of two spaced apart, swivel mounted tension levers (18,19) supporting the bolts and which are locked in position by locking elements.
