ROASTING PLATE USING CARBON PLATE

PURPOSE: An opening portion is formed in the center of a roasting plate to receive a carbon plate, thereby transmitting heat evenly. CONSTITUTION: A roasting plate using a carbon plate is composed of a roasting body(1). An opening portion(1') is formed in the center of the roasting body. A periphery portion(2') of a carbon plate(2) having a groove(2') is placed on an inserting portion(1'') of the roasting body. A heating wire is formed in an insulating portion in both sides of the roasting body.
