PURPOSE: A sleeve for hot batch annealing furnace is provided which horizontally charges a coil into the batch annealing furnace by stably maintaining bearing power of the coil during annealing at a high temperature. CONSTITUTION: In a sleeve used to support a coil by being inserted into the inner diameter part of the coil in a hot annealing furnace which has a hollow tunnel type annealing furnace body, and in which a plurality of coils are horizontally charged so that they are heat treated under the hydrogen atmosphere, the sleeve for a high temperature annealing furnace comprises a first pipe member(10) which is inserted into the inner diameter part of the coil and equipped with a hollow cylindrical body structure, and into which a plurality of insulating refractory materials(14) blocking heat transfer from the radial outer side of the body(12) to the inner side are inserted; and a second pipe member(30) which is inserted and coupled to the inner diameter part of the first pipe member(10), and which is equipped with a plurality of reinforcing pipes(32) preventing bending of the first pipe member(10) and the coil during annealing operation.
