PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: For a house having two stories or the higher, to provide a house requiring no balcony accompanied which requires a high installation cost, requires only a low cost for installing terrace doors as exterior walls above the floors of the second story, and also the terrace doors which can be installed for the exterior walls higher than the second story from which the limit of the clearance to the property line of the house lot is small. SOLUTION: At a house 1 having stories higher than the second floor, terrace doors 3 and a balcony 5 with a depth 5D smaller than 455 mm at the outdoor side of the terrace door 3 are installed.
