PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative material which can be easily manufactured, is excellent in workability and low in costs, and arranged at a location between decorative panels. SOLUTION: The decorative material is a band-shaped extruded product formed of a synthetic resin, and arranged at a location between the decorative panels. The decorative material consists of a central support body and side support-cum-engaging bodies. The central support body is formed at an almost central portion of the band-shaped body, in a manner extending in a longitudinal direction of the band-shaped body, and abuts on a wall surface and/or a ceiling surface. The side support-cum-engaging bodies are arranged on both sides of the central support body in parallel with the same, and abut on the wall surface or the ceiling surface. Each edge of the band-shaped body and each side support- cum-engaging body cooperatively form a groove portion, whereby the groove portion engages with an edge of the decorative panel.
