PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a retaining wall of a desired shape where no collapse occur even with fine heating material such as site-collected earth, sand, stone and the like while adjoining earth-retaining frames are appropriately connected together even when stacked stages are not flat. SOLUTION: An earth-retaining frame 1 comprises a corrugated wall surface material 2 where a corrugated steel plate in which a top part and a bottom part are repeated in vertical direction is bent into U-shape in top view, and a wire gauge material 3 comprising a bottom gauge surface 3A which covers a lower surface part 2A of the corrugated wall surface material which is surrounded with a U-shape wall and an upright gauge surface 3B which covers an opening part 2B of the U-shape wall. A bottom edge part strip 7 tightly contacting the inside surface the corrugated wall surface material 2 is fitted to the edge part of the bottom gauge surface 3A while an open edge part strip 8 tightly contacting the inside surface of the corrugated wall surface material 2 is fitted to the side edge part of the upright gauge surface 3B. Each strip and corrugated wall surface material 2 are provided with bolt holes 2b, by appropriate numbers, in which a bolt is inserted which fixes them while tightly fitted each other.
