PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate such a disadvantage that a wide range of ground can not be levelled in a short time because the rolling compaction area of a leveling plate is small, in conventional mound leveling equipment of submarine ground. SOLUTION: A staging is inclinably pivoted to the lower end of a leveling device body vertically guided along a leader provided on a construction craft and a leveling rake or a compaction roller is slidably installed along the staging. The tip of the leveling rake or the compaction roller is brought into contact with the mound.
