PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste liquid treating device for a small-sized pavement road surface cutting vehicle wherein cutting working by the pavement road surface cutting vehicle is not interrupted. SOLUTION: Waste liquid recovered from a pavement road surface 14 by a waste liquid recovery device 28 is separated into condensate waste liquid precipitated by a separation tank 44 and supernatanter cleaning liquid, the condensate waste liquid is discharged by a metering pump 46 to a screw decanter continuous centrifugal separator 48 in a constant quantity, the cleaning liquid separated by the screw decanter continuous centrifugal separator 48 and the cleaning liquid separated from the waste liquid by the separation tank 44 are circulated by a coolant circulation device 58 as a coolant to a pavement road surface cutting vehicle 10. Thus, since the condensate waste liquid separated by the separation tank 44 is supplied by the metering pump 48 to the screw decanter continuous centrifugal separator 48, the screw decanter centrifugal separator 48 is small-sized, at the same time stable treatment is enabled, a device cost and a running cost are lowered, and the waste liquid of a treating capacity or more by the screw decanter continuous centrifugal separator 48 can be recovered.
