<p>A micromachine switch includes a driving means (12) for displacing a contact (11) on the basis of a control signal, a first control signal line (4) for applying the control signal to the driving means, and a first RF signal inhibiting means (3) connected to the first control signal line to inhibit, from passing therethrough, an RF signal flowing RF signal lines (1a, 1b).
