STAIR TYPED MOVABLE NOZZLE GRATE OF INCINERATOR FOR INCINERATING GENERAL WASTE AND OTHER WASTE

PURPOSE: A stair typed movable nozzle grate of an incinerator for burning up the waste is provided to improve combustion efficiency in incinerating waste and to reduce a combustion time by maximizing dry effect. CONSTITUTION: A stair typed movable nozzle grate in an incinerator for burning up the waste comprises upper and lower fixed grates(50,52); a pusher(device pushing combustibles,10) mounted between the upper and lower fixed grates; a driving rail(11) mounted on a rear side of the pusher; a guide roller(13) arranged on the rear side of the pusher; a roller(15) connected to a saw teeth place or a bolt plate; a parallel bar roller(19) firmly supporting the pusher; an air supplying pipe(12) mounted on the pusher; a coupling(20) installed on an end portion of the pusher; a connecting pipe(18) supplying compressed air by being connected to the coupling; an air dividing pipe(22) receiving the compressed air from the air supplying pipe; a nozzle end mounted on the air dividing pipe; a scratcher mounted between an upper portion of the pusher and a lower portion of the upper fixed grate; and a shaft(23) scratching waste of an upper side of the pusher.
