PURPOSE: A structure modified wheelchair is provided to use conveniently by moving a wheelchair from the ground into the vehicle, and to relieve himself or herself on the wheelchair by modifying the wheelchair. CONSTITUTION: A wheelchair is composed of a seat(15); a backrest(40); wheels(2,4); a lower frame(6) supporting wheels; an upright fixing frame(8) extended upward in the upper part of the lower frame; a lift unit having a screw axis and guide rods fixed in the upright fixing frame, a first block combined with the screw axis and the guide rods to slide, and a first motor(28) rotating the screw axis; a backrest frame and a seat supporting frame fixed in the first block, and moved up and down by the lift unit; a footboard supporting frame(50) folded in the seat supporting frame; a footboard(48) fixed in the upper part of the footboard supporting frame; a battery(44) supplying power to the first motor; a switch(22) adjusting the lift unit; and a seat transfer unit moving the seat forward or backward with a second motor. A wheelchair is used conveniently with moving the seat by adjusting the switch.
