PURPOSE: A method for supplying a mixed electronic mail service is provided to reduce time for sorting and sending mails by sending mail contents of a sending part with a stamp image to a server of a receiving part and then printing mail contents and the stamp image at a mail sorting place of the receiving part. CONSTITUTION: It is determined whether an Internet user connected to a home page of the Web server is a member(S100). If not, a form related to membership registration is provided for membership registration(S102). The user passes membership authentication procedure(S104) and determines whether mixed electronic mail sending function is called(S106). If called, the user determines whether settlement is available, by referring to settlement adjustment breakdown table in storage medium of a data management server(S108). If settlement is impossible, a pop-up warning message showing that mixed electronic mail service is not available to the Web page(S110). If settlement is possible, a mixed electronic mail sending request is provided by a mail sending managing module of a Web server program module(S112). The contents of the request are stored in the data management server and electronic mail sending authentication is requested to an external authentication facility(S114). An authentication key for sending mails is received from an authentication server and postal mater to be sent is transmitted to the closest receiving server of a mail-receiving place(S116). Mail process result transmitted from the closest receiving server is stored in the data management server(S118). It is determined whether transmitted data is processed normally(S120). Normally processed contents are transmitted to an electronic mail requester by using an electronic mail(S122). Abnormally processed contents are transmitted to the electronic mail requester(S124).
