PURPOSE: An apparatus for activating metal ion of an electroplating electrolyte is provided in which a steel sheet is plated with more activated plating metal ion by changing a flow rate of the plating electrolyte supplying plating metal ion between the negative pole of the steel sheet and the positive pole of the anode. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for activating metal ion of the electroplating electrolyte comprises a large gear part(10) which drives a plurality of small gears(15), and which is in gear with a plurality of small gears(15) and inserted into a shaft of a conductor roll(2) so as to be fixed by a pin; a solution spraying device part which activates a flow rate of an electrolyte and consists a bearing A(40), a single tube(41) and a bearing B(43) which are assembled into the center of an axis(39), a groove part(50) of the side surface cover A(11) into which the axis(39) is inserted, a side surface cover B(32) in which O-ring A is installed, and which is assembled by a plurality of bolts(33), small gear(15) into which a key(29) is inserted, and which is assembled by a washer(34) and a nut(35), a conical block(37) which has spiral threads(44) and is assembled at the end part of the other side of the axis(39), and a solution spraying tube(31) which is covered on the outer part of the conical block(37), on which a plurality of electrolyte suction holes(38) are formed, and at front part of which an electrolyte nozzle(52) is installed; and a side surface cover A part(11) which supports the axis(39) and prevents an electrolyte from being flown into the outside, which is installed at the side surface of an electrolyte and an anode(5) in a downward direction from the conductor roll(2), and on the outer circumference of which a plurality of holes are formed, wherein a supporting member is fixed by a bolt B so that side surface cover A part(11) is not rotated.
