PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable management to be easily carried out in the case that a paper money is inserted into a metering machine of a self-oil feeding system to pay an oil feeding charge. SOLUTION: An oil feeding system 10 has a self-service type oil feeding metering machine 12, a setting unit 14 and a management computer 18. In addition, the setting unit 14 is provided with an automatic paying machine 29 for handling only a paper money. When a lid of the automatic paying machine 29 is opened, the stored number of paper money recorded in a memory device 19 are printed on a receipt. A management computer 18 resets the stored number of each of the paper money recorded in the memory device 19 to zero after the stored number of paper money is printed on the receipt. Due to this fact, when the paper money stored in a paper money storing segment 34 of the automatic paying machine 29 are recovered, it is possible to confirm whether or not the number of each of the paper money stored in the paper money storing segment 34 is coincided with the number of paper money printed on the receipt at the site.
