PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a development processing device which is capable of easily recognizing the flow state of a development processing liquid in a circulating flow passage, more particularly the clogging of a filter. SOLUTION: This development processing device consists of a development processing tank 3A which stores the development processing liquid, a photosensitive material transporting mechanism which transports the photosensitive materials within this development processing tank, the circulating flow passage 13L which is connected at both ends to the development processing tank, a filter 10 and circulating pump 20 which are disposed in this circulating flow passage and a pump driving motor 21 for driving this circulating pump. The device described above is provided with a load detecting means 23 which detects the loads acting on the pump drive motor and an evaluating means 24 which judges the flow state of the development processing liquid in the circulating flow passage in accordance with the results of the detection by this load detecting means.
