PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the easiness of attaching a winch drum to a revolving frame by making at least two winch drums assembled and making the winch drum assembly attachable to the revolving frame 2, to reduce the cost by reducing the mechanical processes for attaching the winch drum assembly to the revolving frame 2 as mush as possible, and reduced the number of part items by attaching an upper strut to the assembly and disusing a low mast and attaching pins for that. SOLUTION: Two or more winches and two left/right winch plates for supporting each winch from both sides are assembled, and the winch plates on both sides are attached to a support device mounted on the revolving frame.
