PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a labor for removing a sheet with an excess tab. SOLUTION: When an operation part 172 is operated, the number of sheets with a tab used is set and respective inserted page of the sheet with a tab is set, it is judged whether or not a sheet with an excess tab is generated from the number of inserted sheet with a tab set and the number of sheet with a tab set. In the case where the sheet with an excess tab is generated, a delivery tray selection from the operation part 172 is made inactive. An output sheet is delivered to a default delivery tray among a plurality of delivery trays and the sheet with an excess tab is delivered to the delivery trays other than the default delivery tray.
