PURPOSE: To obtain a Fe-Cr-Ni stainless steel with high hot workability and cold drawability, an austenitic stainless steel is added with a specific amount of Ca, Al, Ti for preventing precipitation of sulfides at grain boundary when heating in high temperature range, and further the shape of inclusions in Ni-rich austenitic stainless steel is controlled to be globular or agglomerate. CONSTITUTION: The Fe-Cr-Ni stainless steel is characterized in that at least one element selected from Ca, Ti and Al is added ine-Cr-Ni alloy comprising C 0.08wt.% or less, Si 1.0wt.% or less, Mn 2.0wt.% or less, P 0.025wt.% or less, S 0.015wt.% or les a Fs, Cr 15.0-25.0wt.%, Ni 10.0-20.0wt.%, B 0.001wt.% or less, the balance Fe and inevitable impurities. The amount of Ca, Al and Ti are respectively 0.015wt.% or less, 0.030wt.% or less, 0.025wt.% or less. Herein, Ca/Al is larger than 0.04.
