PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a comfortability to ride of a large sized vehicle and to prevent a generation of a jerk vibration generated by a generation of a control signal that a damping amount variable damper means can not be particularly and physically responded. SOLUTION: A control accuracy is enhanced by recognizing a whole suspension system as a three stage constitution. The control circuit is constituted such that a control signal is generated in coincident with a characteristic of a damping amount variable damper means and more in detail a control signal that the damping amount variable damper means can not respond is not generated.
