PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural ventilating device which is readily installed in a wall, an entrance, etc., of a building, for operation thereof. SOLUTION: The natural ventilating device is a combination of an intake fitting and an exhaust fitting. The intake fitting is formed like a sliding door, and has an intake port arranged at a lower portion of a sash frame body to be mounted in a rail of a sliding door, and a transparent plate attached to an upper portion of the intake port. The exhaust fitting has an exhaust port arranged at an upper portion of the sash frame body to be mounted in the rail of the sliding door, and a transparent plate attached to a lower portion of the exhaust port. The intake port is provided with a louver and a wire screen. The exhaust port is provided with an upward extending exhaust duct, and a wire screen for protecting the exhaust port from intrusion of insects, etc.
