PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and economical bathtub water cleaning and sterilizing device. SOLUTION: Since this bathtub water cleaning and sterilizing device, composed of a cleaning and sterilizing means which cleans and sterilizes bathtub water, a circulating pump which circulates the bathtub water, and a control means, which controls the cleaning and sterilizing means and circulating pump is independently installed to the middle of a circulating flow passage, constituted of a bathtub and a hot-water supplier having a reheating function provided with a reheating pump, the hot-water supplier with reheating function functions as an ordinary hot-water supplier with a reheating function, when the cleaning and sterilizing function is not connected. Therefore, this bathtub water cleaning and sterilizing function can be manufactured inexpensively, because the need for providing two kinds of hot-water suppliers with reheating function for the presence and absence of a sterilizing function is eliminated, since the kinds of parts and hot-water suppliers will not increase.
