PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a paint tube from being burst by hydrogen gas to be generated by the reaction of a photoluminescent pigment with the paint components in the photoluminescent paint components using the photoluminescent pigment such as metal powder pigment of aluminum or the like. SOLUTION: The paint tube is prevented from being burst by hydrogen gas by forming the tube for filling the photoluminescent paint components using the photoluminescent pigment such as the metal powder pigment of aluminum or the like of a resin such as polyethylene and polypropylene having the excellent permeability of hydrogen gas.
