PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow sufficient practical use even in a term of 1-2 months of a construction period for civil engineering works and the like, taking into account that water and a power source are not provided immediately in a civil engineering work site and the like, facilitate assembling and conveyance, and allow an operation even in a simple ground leveling condition. SOLUTION: Water is put into a water tank to be transported to the work site or the like, considering the water as one portion of a device on the assumption that the water used as a washing medium is not provided easily, a working vehicle to be washed is mounted on a roller 18 assembled on a frame 4 of the washer of the present invention, rotaion of driving wheels of the working vehicle is received to utilized as the power source, a pump for ejecting the water and an jet nozzle for ejecting the water strongly are arranged in the frame and a wall, and a conveyer is operated to discharge mud dropped by the washing. The working vehicle to be washed is mounted on the frame to be washed, the frame is served as the water tank and a precipiLator, walls 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 are provided to prevent the water from being splashed in a periphery of the frame, and the water is recovered into thr frame.
