PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular tool storage structure for easily taking out tools, easily storing and fixing the tools without a special fixing member and effectively using a level raising pad member of a floor surface. SOLUTION: In this vehicular tool storage structure for arranging a floor carpet 8 on an upper surface 3d of the pad member by raising the floor surface 2b in a level by arranging the pad member 3 on a floor panel 2, the structure is constituted by arranging recessed parts 3a, 3b and 3c for storing the tools 4, 5 and 6 in the pad member 3.
