PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection screen capable of plotting and deletion by a marker, etc., with little halation on which an image with a clear wide viewing angle can be obtained, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The reflecting screen has a surface vitreous enamel layer containing titanium oxide coated particles and white glaze in an outside surface of a metallic substrate, preferably surface roughness: Ra is 2.5μm or more, or Ra is 1.5μm or more and less than 2.5μm, and Glossiness: Gs (45 deg.) is 15-25%. In the method for manufacturing the reflecting screen, (1) vitreous enamel surface glaze containing powder composed of the titanium oxide coated particle, and the white glaze, or (2) the vitreous enamel surface glaze which contains at least two kinds of powder composed of the titanium oxide coated particle and having different average particle diameter, the white glaze and furthermore transparent glaze preferably, is applied on the outside surface of a cold rolled steel sheet or an aluminum metal plating steel sheet, and a Zn-Al alloy plating steel sheet, and is baked in 700-850 deg.C or 400-600 deg.C.
