PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a magazine cutting accuracy by preventing a position deviation of a movable stopper for abutting a tip end of the magazine by a vibration of another driving means at the time of cutting-processing an edge of the magazine. SOLUTION: A paper cutting device is constituted by a motor M1 for driving conveying means 100, 200 for conveying a magazine SA, a motor M2 for driving a movable stopper 221 for stopping the magazine SA at a predetermined position SA, a motor M4 for driving an urging member 240 for pressing the magazine SA, a motor M5 for driving a cutting means 300 for cutting an edge of the magazine SA, motors M6, M7 for driving a magazine accommodation means 400 for accommodating the cut magazine SA, and a control means 90 for controlling the respective motors. The control means 90 controls the motors of the means other than the cutting means 300 to a nonoperation state when the motor M5 of the cutting means 300 is driven. |
